Because our items are made from natural stone and designed with care, each one is unique — variations in color, veining, and texture are natural characteristics that make your piece truly one of a kind.
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be the perfect fit, and we’re here to help.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We offer returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper care
RETURN PROCESS
Request a Return:
Contact us at stoneandsagedesigns@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Approval:
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
RESTOCKING FEE
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at stoneandsagedesigns@yahoo.com with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order once your refund is processed.
