SHIPPING POLICY
At Stone & Sage Designs, every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped with the attention your luxury piece deserves. Our goal is to ensure that your handcrafted stone décor and furniture arrive safely and beautifully at your door.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
At this time, Stone & Sage Designs ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping or deliveries to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be clearly stated in the product description or communicated by email.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–10 business days once shipped, depending on your location and carrier service.
Large or heavy furniture pieces may require freight shipping. Delivery timelines and arrangements for these items will be confirmed via email after your order is placed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become available.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS for smaller packages, and reputable freight carriers for larger items.
Stone & Sage Designs reserves the right to select the most suitable shipping method for your order to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
PACKAGING & HANDLING
Each item is carefully inspected and securely packaged using protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Given the natural weight and fragility of stone materials, packaging may include wooden crates or reinforced boxes for added protection.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at stoneandsagedesigns@yahoo.com.
Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
We cannot process damage claims reported after 48 hours or without supporting photos.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Once your order has entered processing or has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Stone & Sage Designs is not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the carrier once shipped.
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information and contact the carrier directly. We will gladly assist in helping locate the package when possible.
